BULK BILLED 

Yes, we do BULK BILL all EPC/CDM plans. 

Your patients WILL NOT  be out of pocket when referred under the CDM plans. 

DIABETIC AND HIGH RISK PATIENTS ASSESSMENTS 

After the initial visit, we will respond to your referral with an introductory letter including any reports or assessments performed on the day.
